31 Days of Holiday Baking - Day 13 :: White Cranberry Punch

Day 13 already... we're just about half way done the 31 Days of Holiday Baking! What holiday baking do you have planned for this year?

Here's a yummy and super easy punch we served at our Thanksgiving dinner! It looked so pretty with the floating cranberry ice ring in there.

White Cranberry Punch

1.89 litre White Cranberry Juice
2 litres Gingerale
Cranberry Ice Ring

Creating at HomeTo make the ice ring, dump a bag of cranberries into a bundt pan, cover with water. Freeze, stirring gently every 5 minutes or so to keep the cranberries from just floating to the top. Once frozen solid, place pan in a sink of hot water, just so the bottom of the pan is in the water. Within a couple minutes it will easily come out of the pan. 

Here's a fun little trick I learned from Judy over at My Front Porch. I let my kids write on a plate... with a white board marker! It totally washes off.
