It would be handy if there were an additional blade that would great cheese finer. Overall I am very pleased with this product and happily recommend it to friends!
I love my new food processor!

Thanks, CSN Stores, for another great product!

  1. I agree with your review. I would also be happier with mine if it had the finer cheese grater as well as a finer slicing blade. I gave mine to myh daughter and I'm going to purchase another Braun because of this.

  2. I hope your daughter enjoys it! Did you have the 7 cup one? I would've ordered the 14 cup size if I could've afforded it. The larger the capacity, the better!

I had a Kitchen Aid one before and find the cuisinart to be much better at quickly cutting through the food.

  3. I think I had the larger one.
My fave thing to make with a food processor is vegetable sandwiches with elegantly sliced veggies layered into a kaiser bun. I learned to make them in the university lunch line kitchen when I was a student. Fabulous! The thinner the veggies, the better the sandwich. I am going back to the Braun because you can choose your slice thickness.
I do agree, though, that the cuisinart was far more powerful and a joy to use. The end result wasn't as pleasing for me.
And yes, my daughter will enjoy it. She's just starting her career and I'll bet she'll be moving out'll miss her.
