{ dinner }

... Martha Stewart lasagne pan - $6.00 from my favorite store. Lasagne recipe from Kraft Foods. I hope it's good! It sure smells awesome. One of these days I will get organized and post my weekly menu plan on my blog. So far I have one person interested in seeing this!

What are you having for dinner tonight?

  2. The taste was good, but I didn't like the texture of the ricotta. I am used to using *gasp* cottage cheese in lasagne, which makes it more moist.

    Thanks for showing your Lasagne. I checked out the recipe and it sounds like something I might be able to pull together. I think posting your weekly menu plan sounds like a great idea. I would love to see what you do. I might even get inspired to cook a little anyway. Thanks for sharing.

  5. OH YUM, that looks DELISH! Cheesy lasagna... what can beat that!?! Tonight we're having ham - my favorite 2 ingredient recipe! Smoked picnic ham and 2 cups of brown sugar. Dump 1-1/2cups brown sugar in the bottom of your crock pot, rub the remaining 1/2 cup all over the ham....put on low... and enjoy for dinner. SOOOOO good! :)

  6. Thanks for the recipe idea. I made it last night for a family dinner. I think I agree about the Ricotta - the low-fat cottage cheese is what I usually use and I will try that next time - otherwise a great recipe.
