{ a day late }

Hello,

I know I said I would show you this yesterday and I'm sure you've all been holding your breath in suspense! (or not) Anyway, look at my lovely new, built in 1936, Singer sewing machine! Now I just need one of those old irons to go with it.

Isn't it nice?! It was given to me by a complete stranger... on freecycle. I love it!

  2. Very nice. It looks to be in pretty good shape. Is it electric? I don't see a treadle so it must be.

  4. I'm glad you received it...now to reminisce about memories that may have been made using it! I have my grandmother's old(er) treadle machine, still in working order!! The wrought iron legs and treadle patterns are gorgeous and can recall her sewing with it when I was a little granddaughter visiting! Enjoy the treasure. Kraftyaunt
