{ stampin' club finale }

Hi!

Wow, I can't believe SU club is already over! Last night we had our finale at Sarah's and it was lots of fun. Sarah gave each of us a cello bag filled with the items to the left... inside the pouch is a creme caramel tea bag ...mmm... doesn't that sound good? The pouch is held together with magnets - great idea! I would've used velcro, but magnets work even better.

We had a card swap last night with all of the club members. Everyone did a beautiful job on their cards and I plan to display them on my card string (first I have to take down my christmas cards LOL). Lisa really outdid herself... she gave each of us THREE cards WITH envelopes... when the rest of us gave one card and no envelopes. Thank you so much Lisa, your cards are amazing!

These are the 2 projects we did. As you can see they both have a Father's Day theme.

I love the little album we made. For the pages we used the SU clear envelopes. Sarah had her sewing machine out so we stitched along the binding of the book. Then we did "faux stitching" on the card.

Thank you Sarah for a great evening last night and a fun club! I really appreciate all the little extras you've given us along the way as well. You're very generous. :-)

Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Cindy

  5. Hi Cindy - saw the card you made for Sarah's club swap. Where did you get the cupcake stamp? Is it ordered on-line or from somewhere local? If it is local, can you give Sarah the info so she can grab me one? Thanks! I love cupcakes and use my cupcake "tree" lots, so it would be a darling stamp to have... or anything cupcake actually (stamps)!
