{ SU club projects }

Wow, what a beautiful Saturday it is here! It's the perfect spring day.

Here's one of the projects we made last night at Sarah's super fun SU club! We decorated baby formula cans and made stamped candles. It was fun using this alphabet set since it's one I don't own. Hmmm I wonder if I "need" it now. ;-)

Sarah graciously let us take home some extra cans to decorate... so I now have a couple more to play around with. Although when my girls saw them they said they wanted to decorate them, so we'll see.

ETA: I saw this poem on SCS and plan to print it out and put it on the lid of this can:

Baby books are great ideas,
but sometimes you're too busy.
Living with a little one
can put you in a tizzy.
Milestones pass too fast at times
to find the proper page,
so jot a note of each event
with date and baby's age,
like, "took 3 steps on June the 1st"
or "teething - 5th of December"
Then drop it in this memory can
to help you to remember!

  7. I presented something like tis to friend a couple of years ago. You reminded me of this and
    I checked with her to see if she had actually used it. Not only had she used it but she made similar ones for her expectant friends. Love your look.
