Here's how I made this card...

1. I stamped the smaller flower by Hero Arts with Pixie Pink classic ink on confetti white card stock and immediately spread the ink around using an aqua painter.
2. While the card stock was still wet I cut out the flower... and as it dried the petals curled up nicely all by themselves.
3. I applied stickles to the petals and set it aside to dry.
4. Next I inked up the big blossom stamp with Pixie Pink classic ink and then "kissed" it with a clean stamp from the Big Pieces stamp set. I cleaned the stamp between each smooch. Then I put the big blossom stamp rubber side up on the table and put some white confetti card stock over it and rubbed it with a closed ink pad (you could use your hand or a brayer).
5. Then I drew the dashes around the edge with a black SU marker and then cut out the flower and attached it to a black card. I trimmed off the pieces of flower than were hanging over the edge.
6. Then I added the brad to the center of the hero arts flower and attached it to the big blossom with a couple of glue dots.

  11. Cindy, This is so pretty. When I first saw the BIG blossom set in the SAB catalog I thought it was, "Ugly" but now I've seen so many great cards using it that I'm rethinking that thought. Love your colors and the brad in the middle is a nice touch. Ida
