{ all in a day's work }

This morning when I was at Wal Mart I decided to buy an apron pattern, fabric and some ric rac to make 6 little aprons for my daughters valentine cookie party! I just completed the first one now so of course I had to post it here! Once I have two done I'll take a picture of the girls wearing them.

I hope it doesn't snow tomorrow because I've got things to do (visiting, haircutting, dinner) and people to see (Kerry, Sarah, Stephanie)!

  7. What a GREAT apron! Was it very hard? I want to make my DD one for when she helps me out in the kitchen but am a bit hesitant! lol.

    This gives me confidence that maybe I SHOULD go ahead and try it out lol. Thanks for the inspiration. bobbie =)

  8. Bobbie, I say go for it! It wasn't that hard to make at all. I used a Simplicity pattern ($4 at wal mart). It has step by step instructions that are easy to follow. It comes with 3 different patterns in adult and children's sizes so you can make a matching one for yourself.
