{ fabriano medioevalis }

I finally took the plunge and actually used one of my new fabriano mediovalis notecards! I'd been admiring these cards on a few different blogs and on Splitcoast Stampers and I finally *had* to order some from Starlit Studio on ebay! They are even better in real life. These cards are the quality of watercolor paper, they have such a beautiful and elegant texture and they stamp up so nicely.

For this card I used the color combination that Lisa H. suggested last week in the { give away } thread.... Mellow Moss, Always Artichoke and Barely Banana. The stamps I used are all Stampin' Up!: Floral, Designer Label and Warm Words. To finish it off I made a one-hole-bow using Stampin' Up! Organdy ribbon and also a touch of Stampin' Up! gold cord.

I also used a couple of punches on this card... the Marvy Uchida Scallop Square, the Stampin' Up! Ticket Corner punch, as well as the Stampin' Up! Designer Label punch.

I recently bought the Warm Words set from Sarah's Stampers 9 club. Yesterday Sarah, my Stampin' Up! Demonstrator & friend started her own blog. You can see the beautiful home decor project she made using lots of SU papers & emellishments. It's just gorgeous!

In a couple of weeks I will be the host at our Stampers club. I can't wait! In the meantime, I am organizing a catalogue party, so if you live in the Abbotsford, BC area and *need* some wonderful stamps, card stock, ink, etc. please let me know and I will place that order for you.
