{ scallop crazy }

So, I went a little crazy with scallops this afternoon... and I don't mean seafood. I started out by making the shaker portion of this card. First I punched the smaller straight edged square in my certainly celery card stock, then I lined that up in the middle of my scallop square punch and punched away. The white card stock is all glossy.

I wanted a big circle behind the square, but since I don't have a scallop circle punch (yet!), I had to get creative. I overlapped 2 oval punch outs to form a circle! Pretty cool, eh?

The bottom edge of the white background has been cut with my dollar store scallop scissors. I'm surprised I haven't found my old fiskars scallop scissors... usually when I buy something to replace something I've lost I immediately find the original missing item.
