{ happy fall }

Here's a cute little card I created tonight. I got these amazing punches the other day and I finally had a chance to use them! I got the Marvy Uchida Oval Giga and Square Giga.

When I was making this card I was wishing I had 2 sizes of the oval punch so I could layer... but then I thought I would punch out 2 of the pumpkin pie ovals and adhere them behind the white one to make a layer!

The stamps I used were all from Stampin' Up!... Itty Bitty Backgrounds, Little Layers 2, and Everyday Flexible Phrases. I also used the new Stampin' Up! tag corner punch. The ribbon is from Michael's.

The card is folded matchbook style. To open it you life the happy fall flap, which has been adhered at the bottom with temporary adhesive so you can open and close it.

The colors I used were Pumpkin Pie, Apricot Appeal, Whisper White. To color the image I scribbled with markers on a stamp container and then picked up the color with a blender pen. The dots were made with a black gel pen that I bought from Starlit Studio's ebay store.
