{ gift tags }

My girls were stamping last night so I decided to get creative with them. They were so excited to be given free reign of all my stamping stuff! It was cute.

I made these 2 Christmas gift tags. To make the bashful blue ovals I used my coluzzle. The white oval was made with a punch and then of course the scalloped oval & square were made with my Giga punches! I love those things, in case you hadn't noticed.

Do you see the little *bling* on the snowman? I bought some hideous cell phone stickers at the Dollar Giant the other day because my daughter pointed out that the cell phone buttons were "diamonds" and I could pick them off and use them on my cards! Isn't she brilliant?

I got a job today!

PS. Can someone please give me a new color combination? I am wearing this one out!

  1. Super cute tags! As for the color combo... how about trying a color combo from one of the past color challenges. I made a card with real red, celery and old olive. my friends and Mom LOVED the combo. Give it a shot. :)

  2. I think you need to play with the colour combination generator at http://www.scraptitude.com/colorcombo/ Choose one colour you really want to work with and go from there!

  6. How about amethyst with celery and/or blue?

    P.S. Those little diamonds are also fun to use as fake nose piercings. :)

  8. What an adorable gift tag. I would have never thought of it...but you can bet that I'll remember it when I go to make a few of my own. The eyelet is so cute, not to mention a great way to attach it to the gift. Love the colors too! Awesome job.
